THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF YOU…

Have been looking for work for months but receive few responses or interview invitations.

Want to move from a “survival job” into professional or office work.

Are planning to change careers, roles, or professional direction.

Have valuable experience but are unsure how to communicate it in your resume, on LinkedIn, or during an interview.

Want to replace scattered job applications with a clear, structured search process.

The primary focus is the Canadian job market, particularly accounting and other office-based professions. You can also reach out before moving to Canada to prepare in advance.

MORE THAN A RESUME — YOUR ENTIRE JOB-SEARCH PROCESS

Results depend on more than your resume. Target roles, professional positioning, search strategy, and communication with employers all matter.

Career Coaching can focus on:

  • career direction, target roles, or moving beyond a survival job;
  • job-search strategy, job-posting analysis, and a structured search plan;
  • a detailed review and optimization of your existing resume, Canadian conventions, ATS considerations, and tailoring;
  • LinkedIn, networking, and communication with recruiters;
  • screening-call and interview preparation, the STAR method, and mock interviews;
  • a job offer, salary discussion, or another specific job-search situation.

CHOOSE THE OPTION THAT FITS YOUR REQUEST

Before our meeting, you will complete a short questionnaire and send relevant materials if needed. I review them in advance so the session can remain focused.

CLIENT EXAMPLE

FROM SCATTERED APPLICATIONS TO INTERVIEW INVITATIONS

The client had been actively applying for jobs for a long time but received very few interview invitations.

Our review showed that the vacancies, resume, LinkedIn profile, and self-presentation did not support one clear strategy. We identified target roles, refined the client’s positioning, and built a structured job-search plan.

Within the first month, the client began receiving interview invitations and communicating with employers more confidently.

This case is shared without personal information and with the client’s consent. Individual results vary and depend on market conditions, starting circumstances, and the client’s decisions and actions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to begin with a Career Strategy Session?

No. It is the recommended option when you are unsure where to begin. If you already have a clear goal, you may choose a Career Coaching Session directly. The price of the strategy session is not credited toward another service.

What can I bring to a Career Coaching Session?

One specific question, such as your resume, LinkedIn profile, an interview, job-search strategy, career transition, salary, or a job offer. The session is 60 minutes and does not include ongoing support.

Do you create resumes from scratch or submit applications for clients?

No. I work with your existing materials, help you improve them, and teach you how to tailor them to specific vacancies. I do not submit applications or conduct the job search on your behalf.

Can I work with you if I am not yet in Canada?

Yes. The primary focus is the Canadian job market, but we can prepare your materials and strategy before you move.

Does Career Coaching guarantee employment?

No. I help with strategy, materials, and preparation, but the outcome depends on the market, employers’ decisions, and the client’s actions.
