1. Service provider and contact information

Services are provided by Olesia Volkova, Alberta, Canada. Olesia Volkova is the sole legal service provider and the contracting party for all agreements. CallMeAlisha | Life & Career Coach is used only as a website and brand name. It is not a separate legal entity and is not a party to any agreement.

2. Acceptance of these Terms and contract formation

These Terms apply to all paid Career Coaching and Life Coaching services booked or ordered through the CallMeAlisha website.

Before payment, the client first sees the service, price, requested date and time, their own information, and links to the governing documents in the website form. After a manual review, Alisha sends a final email containing the provider’s information; the exact service description and format; the agreed calendar date and time or start date; the full price, currency, taxes, and fees; technical requirements; limitations; and rescheduling, cancellation, and refund rules. Before payment, the client may correct the information or decline the agreement.

Submitting the website form after actively selecting required checkboxes that are unchecked by default records acceptance of the applicable documents and submission of a preliminary application. The final email sent before PayPal allows the client to correct or decline the final details. Successful payment after that email is an express confirmation of the order and forms the agreement.

The agreement is formed after successful payment confirmation. If payment is unsuccessful, the booking or order is not confirmed.

After payment, Alisha sends a transactional email and a retainable PDF copy of the agreement containing the order details and the versions of the accepted documents. At launch, this process is completed manually. If the email is not received, the client should contact callmealisha.coaching@gmail.com. Failure to receive the email does not remove the client’s legal rights.

3. Age and eligibility

Services are available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. The client confirms that they are an adult, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and have provided accurate information.

A client may contact CallMeAlisha from another province or country if the online format, available time, language, and payment method are suitable. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract remain in effect.

4. Service types and order process

Services delivered as live online sessions are the Career Strategy Session, Career Coaching Session, and One Life Coaching Session. In the single website form, the client provides a requested date, time, and time zone and accepts the governing documents. Alisha manually checks availability and sends the final details and PayPal payment request. The booking is confirmed after payment.

The VIP Career Coaching Program lasts 45 days and includes five individual 60-minute sessions and agreed support within the program. The parties agree in writing on a specific calendar start date before payment. Alisha includes that date in the final email before PayPal and in the PDF copy of the agreement. After payment, the parties arrange the meeting schedule manually.

For a three- or five-session Life Coaching package, the client provides a preferred time for the first session in the website form. Alisha confirms it manually before PayPal, and the client pays the full package price. Later sessions are scheduled manually without additional payment for the package already purchased.

The exact scope, duration, price, and contents of a specific service are defined by its website description, the application-form information, and the final email sent before PayPal and are included in the PDF copy of the agreement.

5. Price, taxes, and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Before payment, the client sees the base price, applicable taxes, mandatory fees, and final total. No undisclosed mandatory charge is added after contract formation.

Payment is processed through PayPal. PayPal’s terms also apply to the payment transaction. CallMeAlisha does not receive a full payment-card number, bank password, or PayPal password.

The provider is not registered for GST/HST, so GST/HST is not currently charged. The final email before PayPal and the PDF copy of the agreement show: “GST/HST: 0.00 CAD — provider is not registered for GST/HST.” If this status changes, the applicable tax and revised total will be shown to the client before payment.

6. Booking, time zones, and Google Meet

Alisha’s base time zone is Calgary / Mountain Time. In the website form, the client provides their time zone and preferred date and time and sees the corresponding Calgary time. Alisha manually checks the conversion. The final email before PayPal and the post-payment confirmation state the date, time, and full time-zone name.

The client is responsible for providing the correct time zone, having a stable internet connection and compatible device, using a camera or microphone when needed, and joining on time.

Alisha creates the Google Meet link manually after successful payment and sends it in the confirmation or a separate service message. No invented or unconfirmed link is sent to the client.

7. Client responsibilities

The client provides truthful, current, and sufficient information; has the right to share all materials provided; does not submit another person’s confidential information without a lawful basis; responds to clarification requests in a timely manner; actively participates in agreed sessions; and makes their own decisions.

The client must not use the services for illegal, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent activity and must communicate respectfully. Threats, harassment, illegal content, or a material breach of these Terms may result in termination of the engagement, taking into account the portions of the service already provided and not yet provided and the client’s mandatory rights.

8. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows, and refunds

The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of the agreement and is accepted through the same required checkbox as these Terms & Conditions and the Coaching Disclaimer. Each document has a separate link.

The client may request to reschedule a live session no later than 12 hours before it begins. Rescheduling must be agreed in writing and depends on availability at the new time.

With less than 12 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show, the session is treated as used and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Alisha.

Late arrival does not change the scheduled end time. If no other booking follows the session, Alisha may voluntarily provide the full session, but this is not guaranteed.

If Alisha cancels a meeting, the client may choose another available date or a full refund of the amount paid for that session. If Alisha cannot provide a package, program, or service, the value of the undelivered portion or the full amount is refunded as appropriate to the circumstances.

In all other cases, payment is final and non-refundable, subject to rights provided by applicable law.

9. One Life Coaching Session and Life Coaching packages

A single 60-minute Life Coaching session must be used within one month of payment.

After completing a single Life Coaching session, the client may upgrade to a three- or five-session package. The amount already paid will be credited toward the selected package.

The three-session package must be used within three months of payment. The five-session package must be used within six months of payment.

The client is responsible for arranging sessions in a timely manner. Sessions not used for reasons within the client’s control expire at the end of the applicable period. A missed or late-cancelled session is treated as used.

A single Life Coaching session may be transferred to another adult only after advance written notice and Alisha’s confirmation. This does not automatically apply to packages or programs.

10. Career Coaching and longer-term programs

The Career Strategy Session and Career Coaching Session are single 60-minute online sessions. The Career Strategy Session is a recommended but optional starting point and provides one recommendation for the next stage of work. Its price is not credited toward another service. The Career Coaching Session focuses on one agreed career question and does not include ongoing support between sessions.

For the VIP Career Coaching Program, the parties agree in writing on a specific calendar start date before payment. The final email before PayPal and the PDF copy of the agreement show that date. The program includes five 60-minute sessions that must be used within 45 days and agreed text-based support on business days within the program. This support is not available around the clock, urgent, or unlimited.

After payment, the parties arrange the meeting schedule manually. The client provides materials promptly and participates in scheduling. A lack of response from the client does not pause the agreed 45-day program period. After 30 calendar days without a response, the program may be closed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Confidentiality and session recording

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Alisha maintains confidentiality within the limits of law, the agreed purpose, and technically necessary provider access.

Sessions are not recorded. The client also may not record audio, video, or the screen without the prior written consent of Alisha and all participants.

Confidentiality is not absolute when disclosure is expressly permitted or required by law, is necessary to protect life, health, or safety, or is made with the client’s consent.

12. Use of AI

AI is used only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and separate, voluntary consent.

In Career Coaching, ChatGPT and Claude may be used as supporting tools only after separate, voluntary consent. If the client does not consent or withdraws consent before materials are submitted, the service is completed entirely without AI.

In Life Coaching, AI may assist only with general exercises or session structure. Personal information and session content are not submitted to AI services.

No AI output is an automatic decision. Alisha reviews and adapts the materials, and the client makes their own decisions.

13. Intellectual property

The client retains rights to their original materials and personal information. After full payment, the client may personally use final materials prepared for them for a job search, professional development, or their own life goals.

Methods, templates, general exercises, educational materials, service structures, branding, and materials that existed before the order remain the property of their respective rights holders. The client may not sell, publicly distribute, or present them as their own product without written permission.

The client confirms that they have the right to provide resumes, job postings, images, text, and other materials and is responsible for any infringement of third-party rights in the content they provide.

14. Coaching Disclaimer and no guarantees

The separate Coaching Disclaimer forms part of the agreement and is accepted before payment.

Career Coaching does not guarantee employment, an interview, promotion, a specific income, an immigration result, or an employer decision. For the purposes of these services, CallMeAlisha is not an employer, staffing agency, immigration consultant, lawyer, or financial adviser.

Life Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical, psychiatric, or crisis care. It does not diagnose conditions and does not replace a qualified professional.

Results depend on circumstances, the market, decisions, actions, accuracy of information, and the client’s participation. Reviews and case examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee a similar outcome.

15. Third-party services and technical limitations

Services may use the website form and Google Sheets for applications; PayPal for payment; Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Meet for private storage, transactional confirmations, communication, and sessions; Telegram; OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites as the website platform and host; and agreed AI services. A separate calendar is not used at launch. Each third-party service has its own terms and policies.

CallMeAlisha takes reasonable steps when selecting and configuring providers but does not guarantee uninterrupted internet or third-party platform operation. If a material technical failure occurs, the parties will work in good faith to agree on an alternative channel or new time, and the client’s legal rights remain in effect.

16. Notices and communications

The client agrees to receive necessary transactional and service communications: a brief confirmation that the preliminary application was received, including the selected service, preferred time, and application number; agreement or changes to the time; final details and PayPal payment request; payment confirmation; PDF copy of the agreement; instructions; Google Meet link; requests for materials; and security notices.

At launch, CallMeAlisha does not send marketing emails or display a marketing-consent checkbox. Transactional and service communications do not create a marketing subscription. If marketing emails are introduced later, they will require separate, voluntary consent and an unsubscribe option.

The client is responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking Spam and Promotions folders.

17. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the engagement because of a material breach, illegal conduct, a safety threat, or inability to continue the service. When reasonable, the breaching party will be given an opportunity to correct the breach before termination.

Financial consequences are determined by the portion of the service already provided, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and mandatory law. CallMeAlisha does not retain payment for a portion it cannot provide if the client does not choose rescheduling.

18. Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by a major platform, electricity, or internet failure; illness; emergency; government restriction; or another event beyond reasonable control.

The affected party will notify the other as soon as practicable. Rescheduling or an alternative method of delivery will be proposed first. If CallMeAlisha is ultimately unable to provide the service, the undelivered portion will be refunded and the client’s legal rights will remain in effect.

19. Limitation of liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, CallMeAlisha is not responsible for indirect consequences of the client’s independent decisions, actions of employers, recruiters, government bodies, or third-party platforms, or an outcome that depends on factors outside Alisha’s control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta), the Internet Sales Contract Regulation, or other applicable law.

20. Complaints, disputes, and governing law

The client may first send a written concern to callmealisha.coaching@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the issue. CallMeAlisha will aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. This does not remove mandatory rights that apply to a consumer under the laws of their province, territory, or country regardless of the chosen governing law.

21. Changes, entire agreement, and severability

The version of the documents that applies to a specific order is the version the client accepted in the website form, confirmed by paying after the final email, and received in the PDF copy of the agreement. A later website update does not change an existing agreement without separate consent except where a change is required by law.

The agreement consists of the order summary, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the applicable Coaching Disclaimer, and separate consents.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.
